Terms and Conditions of Free
Advertising at eChinaArt.com
This is an agreement
between you and eChinaArt.com Inc., regarding your enrollment into
the Free Advertising Program for Antiques at eChinaArt.com Inc.'s
web site. eChinaArt.com Inc. will provide each participant up to 2
photo images of antiques for free advertising in the "Chinese
Antique Trade and Exchange Center" of www.eChinaArt.com.
eChinaArt.com Inc. does not intend to take any setup fee, membership
fee and sales commissions from any transactions of the advertised
items. It is understood that the provision of any such updates,
improvements or modifications shall be at eChinaArt.com Inc 's sole
discretion and may be subject to additional fees and/or additional
terms and conditions. If you violate these terms and conditions at
anytime, your ad may be canceled at any time.
To enroll in eChinaArt.com's Free
Advertising Program, (1) you must be an individual, 18 years of age
or older. (2) Your information data shall include, but not be
limited to, your name, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax
number. (3) In order for locating buyer / seller, you agreed to
publish your personal communication information shown as above to
eChinaArt.com’s website, and eChinaArt.com will not responsible for
any kind of event caused by using these information fromthe third party through the
Internet.
You hereby certify that your e-mail
account is registered to you and shall remain active at all times.
You agreed and acknowledged that all your
contact and antique information will be publicized upon antique
browsing and searching.
To enroll in eChinaArt.com's Free
Advertising Program you agree and warrant that: (1)You are solely
responsible for the content or information you provided to eChinaArt.com
Inc. to publish or display on www.eChinaArt.com. (2) You will not
post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material,
trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the
prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. (3)
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other people
or potential buyers from the Internet. eChinaArt.com Inc. is not
responsible for any dissatisfaction of transactions between seller
and buyer, and other unpredictable unlawful actions related to this
program.
You agree to insert the www.eChinaArt.com
interface in at least one location within your personal web site, if
you have any.
eChinaArt.com Inc. may terminate this
agreement at any time for any reason or for no reason. You may
cancel your ad entirely by sending a cancellation notice containing
your email address to info@eChinaArt.com . Before the free
advertising period expired, eChinaArt.com Inc. will provide notice
of termination or notice of renewal to the participant. You will be
notified via e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to
eChinaArt.com Inc. in your registration data or by other notice.
You agree and understand
that you are using the Free Advertising Program at www.eChinaArt.com
at your own risk. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE (1) THAT THE SERVICES
MAY CONTAIN BUGS, DEFECTS, AND ERRORS, (2) THAT THE SERVICES MAY BE
UNAVAILABLE OR INACCESSIBLE TO YOU FOR SUBSTANTIAL PERIODS OF TIME,
AND (3) THAT DATA MAY BE LOST OR CORRUPTED. YOU AGREE TO BACK-UP
ONTO YOUR OWN SYSTEM, IF POSSIBLE, ANY DATA OR INFORMATION YOU DO
NOT WANT TO LOSE.
Presentation Period
The free presentation
period is one year from the signing day.
Please notice that there
will be $ 35.00 processing fee from the third items.
