| Graduated
from oil painting department at HuBei Institute of Fine Arts
in 1965. Her mix media works consists use of oil, watercolor,
gouache, heavy color painting and frescoes. She has occasionally
collaborated with her husband Chuan
Zheng Xiong on art works, organization of public art and
research on folk arts. Many of her works have been on exhibition
domestically as well as internationally; some of her paintings
are in collection by galleries and collectors in Japan, Canada,
Singapore, and United States. She currently serves as art professor
of Kunming Folk Art Society, member of Chinese Fine Art Committee
Yannan Branch and member of Chinese Folk Art committee. |
