At present, Mr. Dong is a teacher of Fine Arts College, Shanghai University, at the same time, he is taking graduate course. He engaged mainly in art design, and is interested in the creation of modern painting. Some of his main works include " The Wall-painting of Shanghai No.2 Subway Zhongshan Park Station", "Symbolic Sculpture at Xuhang Economic Zone", and "Net" series computer drawings.

He has published "skills of architecture drawings", "one view for one thing series: sketch and still life sketching", and few others.
