He graduated from the Sculpture Department of the Zhejiang Academy of fine Arts. He once worked at Hubei Fine Arts Academy. His main works include "Practice", "Infant learning", and "Thoroughly Tempered" which are in collection of the China art Gallery, Chinese Sports Museum. He also participated in the creation of "Statues to the Chairman Mao's memorial Hall" and "The Yu Hua Tai Revolutionary Martyrs Monument. He is now a senior artist of Shanghai Oil Painting and Sculpture Research Institute, a director of Business office, a member of Chinese Fine Artist's Association.
