Member of China Watercolor Artists' Association, Shanghai Local Style Oil Painting Association and Shanghai Watercolor Institute.

Graduated from Shanghai Fine Arts College in 1963. His works were published in newspapers such as "Watercolor", "Wen Hua", "Jie Fang", and "Xin Min". Mr. Zhou held his personal exhibition in Shanghai in 1999, and it was widely reported by medias.
